I love the gym life. It’s truly a lifestyle that rewards exactly proportional to the effort you put in, excluding the cheaters.
Sleep schedule, diet, supplements, gym schedule, basic physiological knowledge, discipline, the list goes on.
Being able to physically feel and see all the improvements you make to your body is so damn rewarding. You make a goal and work your hardest to reach it, spurred on by the progress you see in the mirror every day. I won’t even get into the art of creating a symmetrical and balanced body.
